The opportunities offered by ACMF are designed to address the diversity of need within Caribbean maritime training, to include scholarships and grants, underwriting sea time for our scholars to prepare them to work on ships, funding classrooms and essential equipment, and mentoring.
Note: High School applicants must have at least six (6) CXCs to apply.

ACMF scholarships are offered to students with strong academic performance along with demonstrated leadership, service, and community involvement. The scholarship is offered to students that attend the following institutions:

Our Scholarships
The Foundation funds scholarships, grants, equipment for maritime training and education in the Caribbean. We extend scholarships to students attending or planning to attend any of our academic partners: Caribbean Maritime University (Jamaica), University of Trinidad and Tobago, LJM Maritime Academy (Bahamas), and MatPal Marine Institute (Guyana).

The ACMF's Career Exchange Programme
The ACMF currently operates a Career Exchange Programme. We encourage students to complete their profile on the jobs board (www.acmf-carex.org) even if they have not yet graduated.
